This Refund Policy describes the refund conditions and process for BioSniper subscriptions purchased through Paddle. As our Merchant of Record, Paddle handles all refund requests.
Refund Eligibility
We offer the following refund guarantees:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund with no questions asked
- Service Issue Refund: If a significant technical issue prevents you from using the Service normally and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund
- Duplicate Charges: If an accidental duplicate charge occurs, we will immediately refund the excess amount
Pro-Rata Refunds
For annual subscription plans:
- After the 14-day refund period, canceling an annual subscription may qualify for a pro-rata refund based on remaining unused months
- Pro-rata refund amount = Annual fee × (remaining full months / 12)
- Monthly subscriptions do not qualify for pro-rata refunds; after cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing cycle
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Monthly subscriptions past the 14-day refund period
- Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service
- Fully consumed subscription periods

Steps to request a refund:
- Send an email to support@biosniper.co with your registered email and reason for refund
- Or submit a refund request directly through Paddle's customer support page
- We will review your request within 2 business days
- Once approved, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
Refund processing times:
- Review: 1-2 business days after receiving the request
- Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Actual arrival time may vary depending on your bank or payment method
