Correction: Ramantamig TRIlogy-7 Sponsor and Actual Start Date
ClinicalTrials.gov identifies Janssen Research & Development as the sponsor of TRIlogy-7 and records an actual September 9, 2026 start. The earlier GH Research attribution is withdrawn.
This article records evidence available when published or updated. Registration dates are not proof of trial enrollment; check the original sources for current status.
Correction, October 6, 2026 (America/Chicago): Our earlier article incorrectly attributed the ramantamig study to GH Research. The official TRIlogy-7 record, NCT07665450, identifies Janssen Research & Development, LLC as lead sponsor. This article must not be used as evidence of a GH Research program or catalyst.
What the current record supports
The record, last posted October 6, 2026 and retrieved October 6 (America/Chicago), lists the study as Recruiting, with an ACTUAL September 9, 2026 start. Its Phase 3 design compares ramantamig plus daratumumab with investigator-selected daratumumab-based combinations in newly diagnosed multiple myeloma when initial stem-cell transplant is not planned. The enrollment of 1,000 is estimated, not a count already enrolled.
The previous article's September 22 estimated-start and not-yet-recruiting statements are not the current record. We retain this URL to make the correction visible to readers of the earlier version. The original company and catalyst links are withdrawn; no replacement listed-company relationship is inferred from the sponsor name alone.
This registry record establishes administrative and design information, not efficacy, safety conclusions, approval or a stock-price effect. Check the primary record for subsequent updates.
